went to the doctor today, told her i was having difficulty sleeping, so she gave me a script of Zopiclone, I hope this will make things better at night, it gets very lonely when everyone around you is asleep..........

I read a news story a while back that Colin Powell had admitted off camera that Zopiclone were being handed round Air Force One like sweeties to try and keep everyone functional whilst going back and forth like yo-yos.

From what I remember from my previous career, Zopiclone have fewer hang-over effects that most of the alternatives, I've tried them once or twice years ago ('aquired' from work for a serious hangover cure), didn't notice any nasty side effects.

Dunno about Air Force One but stuff like this is widely accepted in the American air force when in theatre, at least at the grunts level. Sleeping tablets are refered to as 'no-go pills' I believe :) The 'go pill' being some speed derivative. All this in order to keep up a huge rate of sorties on demand. Think the pilot that toasted 8 or so Canadians in Afghanistan was found to be speeding his tits off - no wonder they're always shooting their own.
