Feeling better ...

After a not so good day at work yesterday I decided to take the day off today, and it seems to have done me the world of good. I actually slept reasonably solidly for about 16 hours. whilst this didn't solve the no food thing it certainly gave my body chance to recover in other ways. I also had some food, I'm still not feeling hungry, and nor was i before i had food, but i've found recently that even tho i'm not hungry if i start eating i will generally carry on eating untill whatever was in front of me is gone. which i suppose is a Very Good Thing™

I have a day off tomorrow as well, which will help also.
In all i'm starting to feel human again.
