Nightmares..

Nightmares again. The kind that make you not want to sleep ever again. Two nights in a row now. i can't remember what they were about though, which isn't helpful. I've had about two hours sleep last night.

Grr.

You need to learn lucid dreaming.

If I ever notice a nightmare coming, I stop it before it goes anywhere.

Fairly easy to train yourself as well.

I do lucid dream very often but i've never been able to come into control of an impending nightmare, the most control i've ever had is enough to beable to 'shake' myself awake.. where i start to shake my head violently from side to side in the dream, concentrating on the movement hard enough that i start to do it for real, which will wake me up.

That's all the control i have though, the ability to think, i've had enough, i want to wake up now.
